What if an item goes out of stock?

If a product ever goes out of stock in your Subscribe & Save order, then you will not be charged for that product, but you will still receive the rest of your shipment.

What If I’m running out of coffee and need it sooner?

All you need to do is access your Subscribe and Save dashboard through your L’OR customer account. Then choose the ‘SHIP NOW’ button on your reoccurring order. We’ll start processing your order immediately and get it out to you as soon as possible!

What If I have too much coffee and want to pause the order?

All you need to do is access your Subscribe and Save dashboard through your L’OR customer account. Then simply pause the order or change the frequency of the order so it better suits your coffee and espresso drinking habit.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
