Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Information

30-Day Return Policy: If you have an item that you wish to return, please write to us on our Contact Us page or call 1-877-832-3678 within 30 days of delivery to receive authorization.  WE DO NOT ISSUE CREDIT FOR RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. Customer may be responsible for return shipping charges. We may deduct the regular retail value of any "free gift" or "gift with purchase" items from refund amounts on applicable orders or request the return of those items at our discretion. L’OR warrants the L'OR BARISTA Coffee & Espresso system against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.  For full warranty and claim information, click here.  For orders placed between Thanksgiving Day and December 25th, we accept returns through January 31st of the following year.  For product returns, once a shipping label is issued, you have 10 business day to return it or the return will be closed with no refund issued.

Exchanges: L'OR Coffee will gladly exchange any unopened product for a product of comparable value within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless due to company error. We will issue a return label for you to send the product back, and will deduct the cost of shipping from your return credit. Please contact us by email or call 1-877-832-3678 for authorization. No exchange will be given for items returned without authorization.
