Ingredients
Sugar Cookie Syrup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
Coffee
- 2 L’OR Vanilla Coffee Capsules
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp sugar cookie syrup (per glass)
- Whipped cream & sprinkles (optional)
Directions
- Add all sugar cookie syrup ingredients to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir gently for a few minutes until the sugar has completely dissolved. Set aside and allow to cool before using.
- Make Vanilla coffee with the L’OR BARISTA system
- Add sugar cookie syrup to each glass and stir to mix well. Pour milk over the top, then top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
