The age-old question of whether an affogato is a beverage or a dessert won’t matter once you taste it. This classic Italian treat is rich, sweet, and perfect for a hot summer day.

  1. In a dessert glass, layer ¼ cup of the crushed biscotti and 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  2. Pour the espresso shots into the glass.
  3. Drizzle caramel over the ice cream and garnish with more crushed biscotti.
  4. Pick up a spoon and enjoy!
