Descaling the L'OR BARISTA System

Descaling the L'OR BARISTA system will prolong its life, ensure the best tasting coffee and espresso by reducing residue buildup, ensure maximum cup volume and temperature, reduce brewing sound. The L'OR BARISTA system needs to be descaled with the small and large buttons flash quickly.

• Pour half the descaling solution into the water tank. Fill the rest of the tank with water.   
• Place cover on water tank and put tank on the system. 
• If a capsule is inserted, remove it.
• If drip tray is installed, remove it.
• Place a bowl (1.5L / 50oz) under the spout.
• Press the power button.
• Press small and large buttons simultaneously then press the small button.
• The L'OR BARISTA system will intermittently dispense water until the tank is empty (about 40 minutes).
• Remove the water bowl. Bowl will be hot, handle with care or wait for bowl to cool before removing.
• Empty bowl and place back under the spout.
• Rinse and fill the water tank with fresh water. 
• Press the blinking large button.
• Once descaling is complete, the small and large buttons will blink and then the system will shut off. 
• Remove the bowl. Bowl will be hot, handle with care or wait for bowl to cool before removing.
• Remove water tank and refill with fresh water. 
• The L'OR BARISTA system is ready to go.
