- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp cocoa powder, for dusting
- 1½ cups of ice
- 1 L’OR Le Tigre Dark Roast capsule
- Add the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, and sugar to a small cup and stir gently to begin softening the cheese. Then use a frother or whisk to whip until thick and smooth.
- Using the L’OR BARISTA System, brew 8oz of L’OR Le Tigre Dark Roast Coffee over ice.
- Pour the tiramisu foam over top of the iced coffee, and evenly dust cocoa powder on top.
