Neapolitan Iced Coffee Flight Recipe

Chocolate Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 L'OR Iced Coffee capsule
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream and chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside your glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Brew one L'OR Iced Coffee capsule with the L’OR BARISTA system on the small (5oz) setting directly over the ice.
  4. Froth the chocolate syrup and milk together, pour over the coffee, stir
  5. Optional: Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings or a drizzle of syrup.

Vanilla Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 L'OR Iced Coffee capsule
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp sugar or sweetener
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice
  • Ice cubes 

Instructions

  1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  2. Brew one L'OR Iced Coffee capsule with the L’OR BARISTA system on the small (5oz) setting directly over the ice.
  3. Froth the milk, vanilla, and sugar together, pour over and stir. 

Strawberry Iced Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 L'OR Iced Coffee capsule
  • 6 large fresh strawberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar or sweetener
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for the strawberry cream)
  • 1 tsp sugar (for the strawberry cream)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Make the Strawberry Puree: Blend the 6 strawberries with 2 tsp sugar (optional) until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  2. Prepare the Strawberry Cream: In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and 1 tsp sugar. Stir in 2 tbsp of the prepared strawberry puree until the cream turns a light pink hue and has a slight strawberry flavor. Set aside.
  3. Assemble the Iced Coffee: Add the remaining strawberry puree to the bottom of a tall glass. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Brew one L'OR Iced Coffee capsule with the L’OR BARISTA system directly over the ice and puree on the small (5oz) setting.
  4. Finish with Strawberry Cream: Slowly pour the strawberry cream over the top of the iced coffee.
