TWO-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

L’OR warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase from an authorized retailer. Proof of purchase is required. L’OR offers replacement of machine or faulty parts at our discretion at no cost to you. Should your L’OR BARISTA System have a defect in product material or workmanship within the warranty period, we will arrange to have your original product returned to us, and either deliver an identical or comparable replacement to you, free of charge or apply such other remedy as described below. Replacement machine or parts guaranteed for only unexpired portion of original limited warranty or 6 months, whichever is greater. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages (e.g., chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration, fading). This limited warranty is valid only in the country of purchase. The limited warranty applies only to machines purchased in The United States and used by consumers in The United States in accordance with the user manual and is not valid if a defect is due to incorrect use (including the use of unauthorized accessories, consumables, replacement parts), improper maintenance, incidental or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by the law. Commercial use shall void the warranty. The limited warranty is also not valid if alterations or repairs have been carried out by persons not authorized by L’OR pursuant to the terms of this warranty. Additional limited warranty restrictions, if any, can be found in the user manual of the product. Except to the extent allowed by applicable law, the terms of this limited warranty do not exclude, restrict, or modify, and are in addition to, your rights which may vary from state to state. No other express limited warranties are made by L’OR, by any retailer, agent, distributor, or other party.
